About Me
Founding Civil Engineer İbrahim Gençyılmaz graduated top of his class from the Civil Engineering Department of Akdeniz University in 2023, then completed his master's degree in Structural Engineering at the same university. His academic work focuses on structural behaviour, steel structures and optimum design.
Throughout his career he has worked on projects of varying scale in Turkey and abroad, covering steel, reinforced concrete, light-gauge steel, timber, hybrid and modular structural systems. The experience gained from more than 1,500 structural project reviews at the Chamber of Civil Engineers now feeds directly into structural design, technical consultancy, optimisation and engineering software development.

This two-storey villa in Kaş, Antalya was designed as a demountable steel structure so that it can be taken apart and re-erected on a different site later. All structural connections were therefore detailed as bolted joints, with structural safety, buildability and the ability to disassemble and reassemble evaluated together.
